Orsajo is a family real estate business, located in Corsica, building new properties in French Mediterranean areas. The group is directly involved in construction and contractors relations to be able to handle the entire off-plan system. The brand needed an efficient display website to present its new property programs, services, and innovative thinking to clients and collectivities.
Paul and I worked hand in hand to offer the best user experience possible - to inform and to reassure the visitor about off-plan purchases. After interviews and a market study, we defined the brand's positioning, values and missions. The web design process went from diagram tree and wireframing till final desktop web mock-ups and photography selection. After writing the new brand guidelines for web, I worked on mobile page responsiveness directly with devs. Those guidelines include a logo refresh, a new color palette, font ranges, an icon library, and custom-made graphics. Many diagrams were designed to visually explain the French off-plan purchase process, and the specific added values for each program offered by Orsajo. The isometric style showcases a young, modern and approachable brand.
