Rootstock is a non-profit organization celebrating the "Magic of Music and Wine" and supporting independent young artists by giving them visibility and financial backing. Previously happening physically in the Burgundy vines, the festival went fully virtual to expand beyond its roots to a worldwide audience. This upgrade required a drastically new art direction for the 2021 edition ; using tech / digital graphic design inspirations to create a catchy package. 
After creating style frames to present the general look and feel and writing the brand guidelines, the creative team produced a consistent range of media assets and templates for each collaborators' needs: Product team (website page content, broadcasting packages, e-commerce visuals), Marketing team (email journeys, social media posts, Google Ads, press invitations and releases documentation), Logistics team (gifting range to ship with products), Leadership team (internal presentation). The production sustained pace opened the doors for scaling methods and template systems design.
